Tāmaki Makaurau, its been a while, so we’re back for one night only!
We’re starting strong with a casual panel on leadership, advocacy, and showing up for your community - (standing audience) with some seriously impressive guests (bios below).
Then it’s straight into the GRIP PIT: Arm Wrestling Regionals, hosted by Alice Soper – former rugby player, Women in Sport advocate, podcaster, and all-round weapon. She’s coming up from Pōneke to run the mayhem. If you were at Bush Camp, you know. If not, just picture tops being tested, friendships made under pressure (that’s what she said), and a lot of yelling.
After that, DJ Ayesha takes us into the night. From Glastonbury to Ginger’s, she’s a deadset legend behind the decks and will keep the floor full 'til close.
Ma Vá Pizza are on the pizza pies for purchase all night long (GF and vegan available) and the bar’s full of rainbow-friendly drinks (we have plenty of fab zero options too)
Convo Corner will be set up for those wanting to make new mates.
and the Love Letter Wall will be exhibited showing messages from other Ginger's whanau across the motu.

Ginger’s is finally making its Hamilton debut!
The theme? Night at the Museum - not a costume party, but if you show up as a hot explorer or ancient artefact, no one’s stopping you.
***Ginger’s is a sought-after nationwide pop-up series celebrating sapphic culture, with sold-out events, off-grid camp weekends, and an upcoming podcast. It celebrates sapphic and lesbian culture, and is a welcoming space for anyone who feels this is their community - across the spectrum of gender and identity.
